HEAT SEEKING THERMAL IMAGING LTD. uses the FLIR Infrared systems to provide proficient power line inspections. Through the use of FLIR high resolution equipment and our experience in this field allows us to identify and locate potential problem areas in substations, transmission lines, distribution lines.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
The technology provides an image of an object’s thermal pattern. These images can be stored as a still photo as well as the data is then recorded in video format to an external hard drive for processing and later evaluation.
OUR SERVICE
The equipments technicians we use allow HEAT SEEKING to detect such problems as bad splices, switch components, jumpers and dead end shoes. This is all done in a very safe, with the greatest precision and a very economical procedure.
All of our valued employees as well as management at HEAT SEEKING are certified as well as having valuable experience in the areas which they service. They are trained to interpret detailed data gathered during inspections and will make recommendations to resolve issues which are found. The infrared video recording, IR photos and digital photos of anomalies and "GPS" coordinates (were applicable) are recorded and will be included in the final analysis and reporting process. With the speed that the inspection is performed and the information provided allows repair personnel to be on the job repairing problems promptly depending on the level of severity rather than spending valuable manpower hours looking for these types of issues!
